2027 will see a brand new Superyacht regatta in Sweden – the Sandhamn Superyacht Regatta, organised by the Royal Swedish Yacht Club.
Dates are confirmed for August 11th to 14th, and with four yachts already confirmed, it’s all systems go!

Sandhamn is one of Sweden’s most iconic sailing destinations, located on the outer edge of the Stockholm Archipelago. For more than a century, sailors have gathered here for racing, cruising and life by the sea. Home to the Royal Swedish Yacht Club, Sandhamn offers a unique setting for an intimate and exclusive superyacht regatta.
Tony Rey, President of SYRA, gives the event his recommendation: “I was fortunate to sail the 350-mile Gotland Runt offshore race out of Sandhamn Sweden a few months back and saw firsthand the incredible sailing conditions, hospitality and race organisation from KSSS at the highest level. It’s an amazing place to sail and visit, and the Sandhamn Superyacht Regatta 2027 is already on my calendar.
